The Hungry Heart Program is an online monthly weight loss program designed to empower you to achieve the real results you deserve. You'll work through the program in the privacy of your own home or office, with contact access to the program's supportive team of individuals and health professionals. You will receive access to two audio and visual session materials a month which will guide you to fill in the gaps of where you are right now and where you would like to be. Members enjoy access to group forum/chat room to reach out to counselors or ask other clients questions, share challenges and successes.
